I would hope who I am is an combination of Godly wisdom, age, being around the block a few times and just life in general.

I want to surround myself with people who make me a better person.
I want others to bring the best out of me.
Don't you want the same?

Never lower your standards by letting the world bring you down.
If you want more, be more, do more.
It is the law of "the harvest".
What you reap you will sow.
What you want in life you put out and it will come back to you.

At 41 I neither want to play games with myself or others.

Do you pretend around certain people to be something you're not just to get them to like you? Are you pretending to like something because it is expected of you to like it? Do you ever express your opinion? Or are you just being agreeable?
